Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts.  

Ingredients
Escolzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) fluid extract, melatonin, water; sweetener: sorbitol; fructose, glycerol, flavors; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator;: citric acid.

Mode; of use
Reduction of the time required to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of the substance (corresponding to 10 drops of Somnium) just before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet-lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of the substance (corresponding to 5 drops of Somnium) on the first day and for a few days just before bedtime after arrival at destination.

Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet following a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Excessive consumption can; have laxative effects.
