How to use
Ideal for swollen and heavy legs from water retention.

APPLY THE PRODUCT:
Make smooth circular movements from the ankle towards the thigh. Always massage in the direction of the heart, upwards.

MANUAL DRAINAGE
Form a circle with your fingers around the ankle and with both hands and slowly rise. The constant pressure favors the drainage of excess liquids.
