Methylsulfonylmethane * (MSM) is; an organic compound based on sulfur. In the cooking and preparation phases of food, sulfur is easily degraded.
Sulfur is; present in keratins, fundamental proteins for the constitution of nails and hair. It is also physiologically present in the joint, being part of the chondroitin sulfate, a precious molecule constituting the cartilage.
