Soja-Steakli

Dehydrated and flavored lactose-free soua steakli.

Ingredients
Defatted soy flour.

Mode À of use
100 g of Steakli soy and 1 and a half liters of water, 1 large chopped onion, 2 bay leaves, vegetable broth, salt and chili powder as a variant. Bring the water to a boil, prepare the broth by adding the onion and spices, dip the Steakli soybeans out of the cooking broth after 15 minutes, press lightly before preparing them to taste. Let them cool.
