Maxim) root, Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth.) bark, Rosemary (Rosmarinus offi cinalis L.) top; with flowers, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) grass, Uva ursina (Arctostaphylos uva ursi L. Spreng.) leaf, Guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.) seed, Birch (Betula pendula Roth.) leaf, Restharrow (Ononis spinosa L.) root, Watercress (Nasturtium offi cinale R. Brown) grass, Juniper (Juniperus communis L.) galbuli, Ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) bark, Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium (L.) Hoffm.) top; with flower, Nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaf. Directions for use
It is recommended to dilute from 30 to 60 ml in 1.5 liters of water to drink during the day.
