Protein-free and gluten-free pasta.
For the diet therapy treatment of subjects with chronic renal insufficiency and metabolic aminoacidopathies.
The Sineamin pasta is; also indicated in protein-free diets, gluten-free and low in sodium, potassium and phosphorus.

Characteristics nutritional
* The salt content is; due exclusively to the sodium present in the product.
Mode; of use
Bring a large quantity to the boil; of water (at least one liter per 100 g of pasta), add salt (only if approved by the doctor), pour in the pasta and shake vigorously. Cook over high heat for the time indicated on the package.
The cooking time is; however, it can be modified according to personal preferences: it is advisable to taste the pasta to evaluate the desired cooking level.
Warnings
Sineamin must be used under medical supervision.
Sineamin cannot; be used as the sole source of power.
The presence of safflower, of natural origin, in Sineamin can; lead to changes in intensity; of color from batch to batch.
Storage
Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from light and direct heat sources.
