Food supplement based on Valerian, Griffonia, Whitania, Melatonin.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 2 to 10 drops before going to bed, as they are or diluted in a little water. 10 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
