Alpha-lipoic acid (thioptic acid) [MATRIS Retard (alpha lipoic acid, talc, methylcellulose, silicon dioxide) , microcrystalline cellulose cellulose, gelatin, anhydrous colloidal silica]	600 mg	Saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus L., colloidal anhydrous silica, palm oil, citric acid) dry extract titrated 2% safranal	30 mg (0,6 mg)	Other ingredients: croscarmellose (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Mode à of use
It is suggested to take 1 tablet per day.
