Mode; of use
2 to 4 capsules a day, with plenty of water.
It is recommended to take half; or 3/4 of the serving in the morning before breakfast, and the remainder before or during one of the main meals.
Drink plenty of water (at least two liters is recommended) throughout the day.

Components
lactococcus lactis 3 billion cfu; lactobacillus casei 1 billion cfu; lactobacillus acidophilus 1 bln cfu; bifidobacterium bifidus 1 bln cfu; lactulose; cornstarch; vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide.
