Silver nitrate pencils.
In small concentrations , silver nitrate has a bactericidal effect; in large concentrations, it has a corrosive effect, creating crusts. Potassium nitrate is the thinner so that the silver nitrate reaction occurs slowly. The mixture is placed on a pencil, like the head of a match, and can be used only once after being moistened. This medical product allows use in specific areas so that the effect is limited to specific points in a precise manner.
For the treatment of warts, umbilical cord residues, skin growths, wound treatment, aphthous stomatitis, for stopping superficial haemorrhages and epistaxis (nosebleeds).

Mode instructions for use
Treat only small areas of skin at a time.
For skin use: prepare a clean and resistant surface. Wash the area that will be damaged. treaty. Moisten the head of the pencil by placing it briefly under drops of water. The color of the head changes and becomes white or light grey. Clean or apply the head repeatedly in a precise and homogeneous manner on the area being treated. Warnings
Do not use if allergic to silver nitrate or potassium nitrate. A change in color of the treated area may last up to 24 hours.

Do not touch the head (corrosive substance) of the silver nitrate pencil with wet hands.
Protect clothing and other objects when handling the pencil .
Silver nitrate causes black and brown stains that cannot be eliminated with usual detergents.
Wash healthy skin that has inadvertently come into contact with the pencil head carefully with water and a sponge; spots on the skin may suffer a harmless pigmentation change becoming darker. This pigmentation change disappears after approximately 10-14 days.
If the pencil comes into contact with the eye, rinse the eye immediately under the eye. running water with the eyelids open for at least 5 minutes continuously and then contact a doctor.
