How to use
One/two tablets to be taken immediately before consuming foods containing lactose (milk derivatives) based on individual needs.
It is daily intake of up to a maximum of three/four tablets is advisable.

Warnings
Tolerance to lactose varies individually, ask your doctor or pharmacist for further advice. information on the role of lactose in the diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
