Shoyu Bio Soy Sauce
Prepared with soy, wheat and sea salt, é; more flavor; delicate and less salty than the tamari. Prepared with the best traditional methods (fermented 18 months in wooden barrels). The fermentation process enriches it with enzymes that stimulate digestion and the proteins in which they are rich contribute to complete a mainly vegetarian diet.
