Food supplement based on L-Theanine, plant extracts, melatonin, magnesium and dry Jujube extract.  

Directions for use
Take 10 drops of the product (which provide 1 mg of Melatonin), just before going to bed, diluted in a little water (50 ml).
Shake the bottle well before each use.
