              L-Theanine
Amino acid commonly found in tea; (infusion of Camellia sinensis L.). Its chemical structure is; very similar to that of the ubiquitous glutamine molecule normally present in the human organism, precursor of some neurotransmitters such as: dopamine and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).
              strong> Ziziphus jujuba
Plant belonging to the Rhamnaceae family, native to southern China and central Asia. L ’ Ziziphus jujuba extract can; promote relaxation and mental well-being.
              Magnolia Officinalis
Tree belonging to the Magnoliaceae family. The bark contains two phenolic compounds, magnolol and honokiol responsible for the unmistakable fragrance of the plant and also for its properties; relaxants, as demonstrated by a study conducted on mice administered orally.
              Melatonin
é; synthesized by the pineal gland and involved in the regulation of the organism's circadian and ultra-circadian rhythms. Numerous studies suggest how a melatonin supplementation may be useful in sleep disorders and in particular in nocturnal insomnia. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
              Magnesium
is; involved in many essential metabolic processes such as the transmission of muscle impulses, nerve transmission and stability; mobile phone. Precisely for this reason, magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to maintaining the efficiency of the nervous system function.
              Extract of Jujube
Promotes relaxation and sleep.

L-theanine; ziziphus jujuba; magnolia officinalis; melatonin; magnesium; jujube extract.

Mode; of use
We recommend taking one sachet dissolved in a glass of water in the evening before going to bed.
