Indications
Promotes physiological relaxation and sleep serene and restorative.
Also indicated to reduce tensions and anxious states.

Dosage and Methods; of use
- For a relaxing and calming effect we recommend 25-45 drops 2 times a day in a cold or lukewarm drink, in the morning and in the afternoon.
- As a sleep inducer we recommend 90 drops in the evening, preferably in a hot drink.

Contraindications
In case of hypersensitivity à ascertain to one of the components.

Side effects
Not found at normal dosages.
Overdoses may induce minor gastrointestinal disturbances.

Components
Hydroalcoholic extracts (water, grape juice, ethyl alcohol, plant part 20%) of: escolzia (eschscholtzia californica cham) aerial parts, valerian (valeriana officinalis l.) root, hops (humulus lupulus l .) inflorescences (cones), sweet clover (melilotus officinalis l.) aerial parts, poppy (papaver rhoeas l.) petals, passionflower (passiflora incarnata l.) aerial parts, linden (tilia platiphyllos scop.) flowers, chamomile (matricaria recutita rausch .) flowers, hawthorn (crataegus monogyna jacq.) leaves and flowers, lemon verbena (lippia citriodora kunth) leaves; essential oils of: lemon balm (melissa officinalis l.), lavender (lavandula angustifolia chaix); activating constituents according to the Spagyric methodology: alchemical wine (grape juice, ethyl alcohol).
