Ingredients

It can contain traces of eggs, oats and soy.

Low content of lactose.

Mode of use
1-2 portions per day depending on needs and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
Recommended daily dose: 30 g (approximately 1 scoop) with 300 ml of water in a shaker.
