Ingredients
Whey protein isolate (emulsifier: soy lecithin), glycine, L-alanine, L-lysine (GlyciPEP), flavourings, sweeteners (E955, E950).

It can contain traces of oats, eggs and soya.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
1-3 portions per day depending on needs and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
Mix 1 scoop (about 30 g) with 200 ml of water in a shaker.
