Maltodextrin (corn), milk whey protein, glycine , L-alanine, L-lysine (GlyciPEP), low-fat cocoa powder (3.2%), flavourings; stabilizing agents (E466); emulsifier E322 (sunflower); blend of vitamins and minerals; sweeteners (E955, E950).
Without added sugars.
Can be contain traces of oats, eggs and soy.
Without gluten.

Mode instructions for use
Mix 3 scoops (approximately 100 g) with 400 ml of water in a shaker.
