Food supplement based on slow-release micellar casein protein powder to be taken before going to sleep.
Promotes muscle growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
24 g protein and only 0.5 fat.
With added tryptophan, glutamine, GABA and theanine.
No added sugars. Less than 0.2% fat per serving.
Flavour: salted caramel, banana nut, chocolate, white nougat nougat.

Ingredients
Micellar casein (milk), L-glutamine (5%), flavouring, gamma aminobutyric acid (0.6%), L-tryptophan (0.3%), L-theanine (0 .3%), acidity regulator (E331), salt, potassium chloride, sweeteners (sucralose, E950).
May contain traces of oats, eggs, soy.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
30 g (about one scoop) with 200 ml of water in a shaker.
