Ingredients
Water; glycerine; carboxymethylcellulose; magnesium ascorbate; pidolic acid (PCA); sodium selenite.

Directions for use
Shake before use, pour the solution into the appropriate measuring cup up to the level (a dose of 2.5 ml) and take once a day pouring into a glass of water or a natural fruit juice.
The product is; in liquid form and can; it can also be taken mixed with food or drinks.
