Hawthorn which promotes relaxation and well-being mental;
Melatonin which contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin shortly before falling asleep
Magnesium which contributes to normal psychological function
Tryptophan

Recommendations for use
We recommend taking one sachet a day, pouring the contents directly into the mouth.
