Sedipram 5® is a food supplement that combines the calming, relaxing and mood-boosting properties of extracts of:

Griffonia which promotes relaxation and contributes to maintain a normal mood
Valeriana which promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress
Melissa which contributes to maintaining a restful sleep
Rodiola which promotes normal mood
Vitamin B6 which reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Recommendations for use
For to help relaxation, we recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets during the day.
To promote night rest: 2 tablets in the evening.
In the case of administration in drops, we recommend taking 10 – 20 drops during the day.
To promote restful sleep: 20 drops in the evening. Dissolve the drops in water.
