Food supplement based on extracts of Passionflower, Oats, Lemon balm and Valerian.

Lemon balm leaves dry extract	105.00 mg
Supplied rosmarinic acid	4.20 mg
Valerian root dry extract	105,00 mg
Valerenic acids provided	0,84 mg
Other ingredients: additives (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, reticum sodium carboxymethylcellulose lata, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin). Contains gluten from Oats.

Modalit à of use
For daytime relaxation: 1 tablet 3 times a day, to be swallowed with water.
For night's rest: 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.
