Mode of use
The insoles already present in the shoes may be removable: remove them before inserting the new ones.
Check the size guide. If necessary, cut along the line on the top of the insole that matches your shoe size or use the original insole as a guide.
Insert the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles with the LiquiFlex capsule facing downwards. The insole should be flat. It can may need to be cut further to best fit the shoe.

To clean the footbed, it is simply wipe with a warm, soapy cloth (do not immerse in water).

In case of accidental contact with the contents of the capsule, rinse the exposed area with water. If irritation occurs after exposure, consult a doctor.
Replace insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear. Not suitable for sports.
