Mode of use
The insoles already present in the shoes may be removable: remove them before inserting the new ones.
Check the size guide. If necessary, cut along the line of the top of the insole that matches your shoe size or use the original insole as a guide.
Insert the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles with the LiquiFlex capsule facing downwards. The insole should be flat. It can may need to be cut further to best fit the shoe.

To clean the footbed, it is simply wipe with a warm, soapy cloth (do not immerse in water).
