The classic Italian shortcrust pastry with 25% apricot jam.
This product is; prepared with raw materials free of gluten, wheat and palm oil.
Ingredients
Apricot jam 25% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 35%, sugar ; gelling agents: pectin, carob seed flour; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulator;: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid), corn flour, rice flour, sugar, vegetable oils and fats in variable proportions ( sunflower, coconut oil, cocoa butter), eggs *, buckwheat flour, maltodextrin; thickener: modified potato starch; milk proteins; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate; egg * albumen, glucose-fructose syrup; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavors, salt.
Can; contain traces of soy and nuts ( hazelnuts , almonds ).
* farmed eggs earth.
Without preservatives n é palm oil.
