Food supplement based on Vitamin B2, B6, B9 and B12.

Ingredients
Hericium extract - lion's mane [ Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers ] sporophorum - titrated at 20% polysaccharides and 6 , 5% in beta-glucans, vegetable gelatin, acerola extract ( Malpighia glabra L. ) fructus - natural source of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (hydrochloride of pyridoxine), vitamin B9 - folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
The daily dose contains:
• hericium (20% polysaccharides, ≥ 6.5% beta-glucan): 600 mg
• acerola (32% vitamin C): 72.1 mg
• vitamin B2: 1.4 mg
• vitamin B6: 1.4 mg
• vitamin B9: 200 mcg
• vitamin B12: 2.5 mcg

Mode; of use
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, before breakfast.
