Ingredients
Inulin; fos; magnesium citrate; natural lemon flavoring; citric acid; vitamin D (calciferol); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take 1 teaspoon (10 g) twice a day between meals, morning and evening.
