Ingredients

Serenoa repens dry extract 40% fatty acids	500 mg
Urtica dioica dry extract	100 mg
Resveratrol	40 mg
Zinc	3 mg (30% RDA *)

* RDA: recommended daily dose.

Modality à of use
1-2 capsules per day. For optimal treatment it is recommended to carry out an initial cycle of 2-3 months by taking 1-2 capsules a day followed by a maintenance period with one capsule a day for at least 3 months.
