Food supplement with SAMe, a compound naturally present in the body which participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters , plant extracts and vitamins. St. John's wort promotes normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being, while Ashwagandha, as a tonic-adaptogen, is useful in cases of physical and mental tiredness. Finally, folic acid and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function.

How to use
URTO: it is recommended to take 2 capsules per day , away from meals, throughout the day; MAINTENANCE : it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, away from meals.

Ingredients
SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulphate tosylate), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) aerial part with flowers dry extract, titrated at 0.3% in hypericin; Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root dry extract, titrated at 2.5% in withanolides; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12), Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid); Shell: gastro-resistant vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, resistance agent: gellan gum).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's Wort extract can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence. Avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
