Ingredients
Tablets: vitamin C, Sunactive microencapsulated iron pyrophosphate, vitamin B3, vitamin E, Pido-Zinc zinc pidolate, vitamin B5, manganese, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, copper, vitamin B1, folate such as Quatrefolic, iodine, biotin, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.
Soft capsules: BioPure DHA. The product contains fish derivatives. Naturally lactose free. Gluten free.

Mode; of use
We recommend taking one tablet and one soft capsule a day to be swallowed with water, preferably just before or during meals.
