Ingredients
Lactoferrin; zinc; vitamin B complex; folic acid: vitamin B12; inositol.

Mode; of use
One vial a day regardless of meals.
Turn the white cap clockwise as far as it will go, so that the red device underneath cuts through the tank and therefore the powder falls into the vial.
Do not unscrew again and shake well until completely dissolved of the powder.
Unscrew the white cap and take the product as follows; as such or diluted in water or other drinks.

Warnings
The coffee; should not be consumed simultaneously with the intake of zinc because é it could decrease its absorption.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
