COLOR SEAL technology seals color for up to 5 days: proven, long-lasting chipping-proof and fade-resistant results.
How to use
Prepare the nails by applying the base é; toile by Rougj preferred.
Apply a first layer of nail polish and, if necessary , one second to intensify the color.
For optimum shine and hold and quick drying, finish with the top coat é toile by Rougj.
Formula
Without addition of: Toluene, Camphor, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin.
Tested for nickel, chromium and cobalt.
Dermatologically tested.
