Modo instructions for use
Prepare the nails by applying your favorite ètoile by Rougj base.
Apply a first layer of nail polish and, if necessary, a second to intensify the color.
For optimal shine and hold and quick drying, finish with the étoile by Rougj top coat.

Nickel, chromium and cobalt tested.
