Modality à of use
We recommend taking 1 to 10 small scoops (0.2 - 2 g) dissolved in water, once a day at any time; you can ò dilute half a large scoop (2 g), equal to the individual daily dose of 10 small scoops, in a jug of water to be consumed during the day with meals. Measuring cups included in the package. Close carefully after use.
