Mode à of use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put in a filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes; cover the container so as not to disperse the most substances; birds:
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the spoon. Use one sachet per cup.
The infusion obtained can be; be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey. We recommend taking 1-2 cups of infusion per day.
