Directions for use
Apply re generously and evenly before exposing yourself to the sun.
A quantity; reduced product significantly decreases the level of protection.

Warnings
Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or using a towel to dry.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and in the longest hours; heat of the day even if you use sunscreen.
