It is particularly useful after an activity; intense and prolonged physics. Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to normal protein synthesis. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.

Maltodextrin, fructose, L-leucine, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, acidifier: citric acid; L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavor, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; taurine, magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, dibasic potassium phosphate, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (extracts from leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
