Description
Food supplement of proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids , creatine, L-carnitine, taurine, phosphatidylserine, vitamins, lipoic acid. With sweeteners.
Intended for adults who practice intense physical exercise.
Creatine increases physical performance in case of activity; repetitive, high intensity; and short-lived. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Vitargo (amylopectin from corn): (30%); micro-ultrafiltered whey protein isolate (CFM), L-glutamine, ultrafiltered and hydrolyzed whey protein, L-leucine, creatine monohydrate, L-carnitine L-tartrate, flavor, taurine; acidifier: citric acid; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dried red beet powder, phosphatidylserine (from soy lecithin), magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agent: dipotassium phosphate; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; lipoic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

Modality à of use
It is recommended to take 50 g of product (corresponding to 5 scoops). Dissolve, shaking vigorously in a shaker, 50 g of product in 250 ml of water. Contains measuring cup.
