Ri.Ma Benessere Focaccia Fit Crispy Protein 150 gr

The Crispy Focaccia Fit was created to create a crunchy alternative to the baker's focaccia (or dry flatbread) that we all love so much but which is usually rich in carbohydrates and fats and with a high glycemic index which gives drowsiness instead of being a functional snack and breaks hunger during the day.

The Fit Crispy Focaccia has the traditional taste with few calories, very few carbohydrates (similar to those of an apple) and  lots of proteins. The mix of fibres, which in addition to keeping the intestine healthy, lowers the GI so that RiMa Crispy Focaccia is a food with a low glycemic load and rich in proteins of high biological value but of vegetable (ultrafiltered rice proteins rich in essential amino acids), lactose-free, also ideal for vegan and vegetarian diets.

wheat flour tender type 0, mix of seeds and cereals (sesame seeds - oat flakes - barley flakes), RiMa basic mix (WHEAT gluten, bamboo fibre, OAT fibre, resistant starch), water, olive oil , salt 1.5%, malt 0.5%, brewer's yeast.
