Food supplement with creatine, glutamine, BCAA, taurine, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C. With sugar and sweeteners.
It is particularly useful after intense and prolonged physical activity. Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to normal protein synthesis. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the normal function of the immune system.
