Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-acetylcarnitine hydrochloride, potassium chloride, L- lysine hydrochloride, L-arginine, fructose, glucosamine (shellfish), chondroitin sulfate, L-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavor, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; bromelain (2,400 GDU / g); dyes: beta carotene (E160a), riboflavin (E101); sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), sodium selenite.
Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Methods; of use
Take one sachet a day after breakfast or after a snack. It is advisable to dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of still water (at least 200 ml) and mix well. Alternatively, the sachet can; be dissolved in a half-liter bottle of natural water, to be consumed throughout the day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years . Do not use in pregnancy and in children or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
