Mode; for use
2 sachets per day or according to the doctor's opinion, for at least 3 months.
Divide the daily dose into two doses, half an hour before main meals. Dissolve each sachet in 1 glass of water.
The beneficial effect for cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan.
The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan, in the context of an adequate low-calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of activity; physical ***.
