Mode; of use
Wash the quinoa thoroughly.
Boil 250 g of quinoa in 500 ml of water for about 20 minutes and then leave to soak for 5 minutes.
Use as a side dish to casseroles, meatballs, fillings or salads.

Store in a cool and dry place.
