Mode à of use
Take between meals with 250 cc of water. After 1 hour of taking, drink abundantly to stimulate diuresis and eliminate bacteria. In the absence of water the capsule can ò be dissolved in the mouth (drink as soon as possible).
Acute phase : 2 capsules every 3 hours until symptoms resolve. Continue with 2 capsules every 8 hours for one week.
Maintenance : in case of recurrent episodes 2 capsules in the middle à morning and 2 capsules before bed for 2 months. Gradually escalate.
Prevention: 2 capsules after intercourse (or other triggers), 6 capsules per day for the next 48 hours.

Warnings
The effectiveness of the product can ò be reduced in case of intestinal malabsorption (Chron's disease, celiac disease, gastroenteritis). Pu ò be taken in case of diabetes mellitus and in age; pediatric. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
