To fill in the eyebrows and define the look.
Its hard and precise mine is; ideal for eyebrow filling and eliminating blemishes caused by hair loss or a shape error.
The brush is; very useful for combing and blending color.
Also excellent as an eyeliner.

Mode; of use
Draw small strokes to fill in the spaces outlining the shape of the eyebrows.
Subsequently, use the brush to even out the color.
