How to use
From 3 to 4 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, once a day. From 5 to 9 years: 1.5 tablespoon measuring 5 ml, 1 time a day (i.e. 7.5 ml). From 10 years of age: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml). Take the last dose before going to bed. Wash the spoon after each use.

List of ingredients for 15 ml: Wheat syrup (gluten-free), Water, Dry extracts of: ²Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. - Fruits) 751.7 mg, Erisimo (Sisymbrium officinale L. Scop. – Aerial part) 188 mg; Flower honey, lemon juice (Citrus limon L.), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (1.1 g - 22% VNR*).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Do not use in case of allergy to one of the components. This product contains 1.1g of vitamin D, or 22% of the VNR*, therefore for use in people under medical treatment, in particular based on vitamin D, for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, contact a health professional. Before opening, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 2 months.
