Mode instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day during meals and for a continuous period of at least 2 months.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil, gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), retinyl palmitate, natural lemon flavour, antioxidants (natural tocopherols , rosemary extract).

Vitamin A  3000 mcg  VNR*  375%
