Nail polish for a professional result.
Used as a base it protects the nail and increases the nail Vamp membership! Nail polish.
Used as a top coat it emphasizes brilliance, plumping effect, hold and acts as a “ fragrance booster ” by Vamp! Enamel.
The scent is revealed when the enamel is; dry and, thanks to the high concentration of the fragrance present in the formula, the nails are delicately scented for a long time.
The packaging is; a real Vamp miniature! Eau de Parfum and takes up the iconic shape of Vamp! Mascara.
L ’ applicator “ fan brush ” - flat fan shape with 300 rounded bristles - combined with the ribbed under cap, it guarantees an easy and smooth application and a uniform and controlled release.
Does not contain: toluene, formaldehyde , DBP (dibutyl phthalate) and camphor.
Dermatologically tested. Paraben free. Made in Italy.
Composition
The transparent formula based on nitrocellulose protects the nail and increases the adhesion of the colored nail polish .
The plasticizers on the one hand seal the colored enamel protecting it from chipping and increasing its hold, on the other hand they enhance its brilliance and plumping effect.
The presence in the formula of the same fragrance as Vamp! Eau de Parfum emphasizes the scent of Vamp! Enamel.

How to use
Apply Vamp! Base &Top coat to protect and increase the hold of Vamp! Nail varnish. Apply a layer of Vamp! Nail polish.
Apply Vamp! Base &Top coat to emphasize shine, plumping effect, hold and perfume.
Allow each layer to dry perfectly.
