TRUE EYES by pupa combines simplicity; of an eye pencil, the intensity; of an eyeliner. To give depth; and underline your gaze.
The application is; easy thanks to the extremely precise line and it is; an ideal complement to mascara and eyeshadow.
The formula contains a perfect mix of Oils and Waxes that allow immediate release and a uniform color.

Directions for Use
Starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, follow the natural line of the lashes and stop the line according to the shape of the eye and the desired result. Blend before applying eyeshadow.
